The room was great, the location was perfect and the staff were friendly and helpful. A great hotel overall. The only thing was when I arrived, I placed two small food orders and a hot drink. It took 50 mins for the food to arrive and I was the only one in the bar/restaurant. I also had to remind them to bring the hot drink I had ordered. Other than that, it was a lovely stay.

This hotel reminded me of a hostel on entering. Our room was so clinical it made me feel like I’d checked in to a hospital for an overnight stay before a procedure. The shower & toliets are cubicles in the room (we booked the biggest, dread to think what the smaller rooms looked like) Windows don’t open so felt so claustrophobic. We definitely would not stay again, one positive the bed was comfortable.

A great hotel in a wonderful location close to bus stops, underground station, supermarket and a quick stop tesco. Lovely rooms but small. Fine for a couple. Travelled with our daughter and arrived to find that the bathroom and shower had frosted glass walls so privacy was not great. Chose to not have our rooms cleaned on certain days for a credit to our room only to find out it maxxed out at 2 nights so only had a credit for 2 of the days we skipped room cleaning. Also when the room was cleaned they never swept ( not once, and we were there for 9 nights) Shower door didn’t close fully so we had a mini leak everytime we showered and had to put a towel down in the corner to stop water leaking into the hall. Otherwise room was great, check in and out so efficient. We asked for tv to be fixed and it was quickly. Staff were friendly, hotel was great otherwise but these were all the pros and cons.
