I had an amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything I needed and the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the area. Stayed here for one night, great location, good sized room with good kitchen amenities, loved the shutter blinds and having a really dark room. Staff were really friendly, Bed was comfortable, was really quiet in the room for such a busy location. Shop was handy for meals if you can’t be bothered to go out for food. Bar pricing is the usual for a London hotel, I Liked it so much I have booked a few nights to come again and bring my children to experience.

Excellent stay and would stay again. Super clean and modern. Liverpool location is steps away from major Liverpool train station. Also it’s so close to amazing food options including Eataly and Ottolenghi. We extended our stay by 2 days and staff was extremely helpful. Loved it!
