My daughter and I stayed here for the past three nights, amazing location room was immaculate, the ladies who work here were so friendly, helpful and welcoming, even checked the tubes for us on the way out, which we managed to catch with three mins to spare, thank you so much! Emily was absolutely brilliant and made us feel very welcomed. We didn’t see the complimentary drinks card as we arrived at the hotel late. But I asked whether we could have coffees in the morning and she was so kind and said of course! The coffee is amazing!!!!!
