The rooms we suuuuuuper small as well as the showers - there was way too much furniture in the room when it’s already too small we couldn’t even fit our luggage in the room. And no windows to open in the room for fresh air. We will not be staying here again.

Great location yards from The Strand, 2 minutes to Covent Garden Square, 3 Minutes to Trafalgar and the tube. All the shops, bars, restaurants and theatres in easy walking distance. Room was very well equipped, even in our basement, no window option. Compact but very modern apartment room. SMEG toaster and kettle...really!

The room was clean and well equipped, and the staff were courteous, friendly and very helpful. The accessible bathroom was brilliantly spacious with grab rails exactly where they were needed. Definitely somewhere we would stay again.

The staff were amazing and the location was perfect. My daughter and I were just doing a quick 5 day trip and going to see a bunch of West End shows so the location was awesome, the tube and bus are so close even for days we explored it was so convenient. Room is small but it’s clean, modern and innovative how they use the space. We would definitely stay again!

The location was good, staff really nice and the room was good. A few things that would put us off staying again are - having to climb over to get into bed. the sink in the bedroom and not bathroom and it was so hot it was unbearable
