A beautiful manor hotel with delicious food and the best smelling toiletries I’ve had used! We stayed for a night as we were going to a gig at Tottenham Hotspur. The check in was easy and the staff were friendly. We ordered room service (a halloumi burger and a cheese toastie), absolutely delicious! There were two fans in our room which we definitely appreciated during the heatwave. The grounds are stunning. Will definitely stay again!

The staff were wonderful at West Lodge. The beautiful park within which the hotel is situated is gorgeous. The building from the outside looks very grand and is steeped with history. However, the room we had was very dated and in need of a refurbishment. Worn carpets and damaged shower doors but just generally tired. Special praise for Peach and her efforts to keep our room clean. She is also a very lovely lady.

Old world hotel not updated in many many years. In adequate air condition , horrible bathrooms , threadbare carpet. Just old and uncared for. Certainly not a 4 star as claimed.

The hotel grounds are lovely, the front desk staff are a delight and couldn't be nicer. The rooms are the complete opposite. So incredibly outdated, dirty and the hotel needs some serious investment to bring the rooms into the 21st century and change most of it's cleaning staff, especially those that scream and shout at each other outside of the rooms. We stay there as it's close to where family live but will be looking elsewhere in the future as the rooms are just the worst.

A lovely property, but during a heatwave our room was so hot, and the small windows gave no air. Although there was a fan this did give any relief. We were on the top floor and it was unbearable.
