Great, traditional, English property surrounded by green areas. Located in a safe neighborhood, easily accessible by public transit if needed, close to Kingston downtown for restaurants and pubs. The Warren House is a beautiful property. The staff is extremely polite and helpful, however they seemed understaffed. The hotel seems to be going through some changes. The dining room was closed, dinner was served in the breakfast area. High tea in the garden was 5 star. Would stay again.

Perfect place to visit London about 20 min walk to station . Property so lovely food and drink amazing with quiet pool although people say cold was 27 degrees which is the norm as I am a regular swimmer. Staff were so helpful and our room was perfect

Lovely hotel nestled in a very quiet location right next to Richmond Park, with easy access to Isabella plantation. We really enjoyed our stay here, very friendly staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable rooms in good condition with recently renovated bathrooms. Only small comment is regarding the poolside changing rooms which are really in need or renovating.

We had a wonderful family stay here and wouldn't hesitate to return. The hotel is set in a beautiful historic building, with lovely gardens that made it feel peaceful and relaxing, it was hard to believe we were still in Greater London. The staff were exceptional from start to finish, always friendly, helpful and genuinely willing to go above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. If I could give the staff more than five stars, I would. We stayed in a family room, which was clean, beautifully decorated and surprisingly spacious, with plenty of room for the double sofa bed and a travel cot for our baby. It made travelling with two young children so much easier. The food was absolutely delicious, and after a busy day exploring Hampton Court Palace it was lovely to come back somewhere so quiet and welcoming. There also seemed to be plenty of parking, which was another big plus. Overall, Warren House made our trip feel effortless and relaxing. It was the perfect base for exploring London while having somewhere calm and comfortable to return to. We would happily recommend it to anyone.
