It’s right outside the train station and there are tons of shops outside. Super convenient location. The staff are very accommodating. I had a cozy stay :)

Easy to find and great location for the O2 venue. Very clean hall and friendly efficient reception but be aware there are tall flights of stairs to climb and we were on the top floor which is quite the workout! The room was a good size and very clean, great bathroom with walk in shower

Beautiful rooms, well located for Shepherd’s bush and Hammersmith Apollo. The only thing that bothered me was the two very flat pillows included on the bed. I got a sore neck trying to get a good night sleep on those, which was a shame as everything else particularly the bathroom was beautiful.

Staff were friendly and always helpful. Best thing was the closeness to the tube, bus line and trains. The convenience store right below the hotel was very handy too. Many food options all around from fast food to fine dining. The room was a bit small, but manageable.

Lovely property on the west side of London. Very convenient to the underground (when it’s not on strike). The staff were very helpful with luggage, suggestions and making cab arrangements. My single room on the front side of the hotel was a little noisy, but nothing that earplugs couldn’t handle. There was a very strong young man on site to handle the ridiculously heavy luggage that I brought. Fairly priced and convenient.
