No air conditioning. Booked room 8 months in advance and gave us the worst room. Checked in early, so no excuse. Air conditioning not working, no rooms available to switch. Moved us last day late at night. There is no way they did not know the a/c did not work in advance. Miserable experience. People friendly, but could not resolve anything. Booked a tour, booked more than we wanted and printed wrong pages. Three night, 2.5 day visit to London cost us a half day dealing with their issues. No follow through.
