It’s an older hotel, so one can forgive some signs of age it shows. However, the room we rented was impossibly small for two larger people. I was not able to squeeze myself into that tiny shower.

Rooms need updating and a good clean. I had water dripping down the wall from the room above when they showered. Check in was also very slow as the hotel had decided to combine the 4 rooms we had booked into 3. On the plus beding was clean, bed was comfortable and hotel was quiet.

3 room doors leading to 3 rooms in small space The room small but usable. One bed the one I was in near the window had a double duvet in a single duvet cover doubled over. The mattress was hard. Noise from other rooms was not good. It felt like a hostel not a hotel and using the word hotel is stretching the truth when you look at the hotel opposite and others in the road

I was promised a cot but instead got a really small high bed with no railings which meant I had to sleep on the same bed with my baby and husband. The bathrooms did not even have shower gel left in the can. With an interesting amount of limescale buildup in the bathroom. Never coming back for sure

Just needed a place to sleep and took one of the single bed rooms. Compared to most similar spaces in London, this room was modern, comfortable and I slept like a log.

For a one night stay, it’s not worth what I paid. Carpet was clean at a certain level. Water was leaking from kettle and dangerous to use. For a double bed, I was expecting 4 pillows, instead we had 2 pillows. And the pillows are as thin as a folded hand towel. The toilet sink takes a while for water to drain. Because our room was on the first floor, we could hear all the noise from outside.. When we arrived at reception, the person manning reception was outside smoking. He has seen us come in so had to wait for him to finish his cigarette before coming in to greet us. On a positive note, Air conditioning was really good and it is near to a lot of shops and underground station.

Lovely, friendly staff, a great location near Victoria, spotlessly clean room and a comfortable bed - just a great spot for a good night's sleep. We appreciated being able to leave our bags there after checkout, too.

Room was clean and the beds were comfy, hotel staff were helpful. However we stayed in room 26 we had someone drilling at 8:15am in one of the room nearby which is not great. Also the shower tray is badly scratched also the net curtain has a almost like tobacco stain in the middle of it. Other than a couple of small things i would stay again as it is good value for money.

We enjoyed our stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location with nice restaurants close by. The rooms could definitely be updated but they were clean and the beds were comfortable.
