We loved the hotel, small cozy rooms very clean.Loved the neighborhood, the hotel is closed to the subway.The staff at the reception was exceptional, very welcoming and helpful ! If you’ve ever travelled to London before you know that accommodations are very small. Even though this room is tight, it is very comfortable clean and well maintained. A big plus is during a hot London summer this room is air conditioned which is very appreciated after a day roaming around London. It is in a very convenient but quiet location, close to transit, shopping, restaurants and within walking distance to some of the biggest London attractions.

Front desk was lovely and the room was very clean upon arrival. Beware of the no elevator so get ready to walk some flights if you have a room on the top floors . Overall, really good stay

My stay at this hotel was truly wonderful. The desk clerk was incredibly helpful and let me check in with my luggage early. The room was immaculate and incredibly comfortable. The showers and toilets were fantastic and the thermostat kept the room at a perfect temperature during the heatwave. There was a TV in the room which I didn’t use but was a nice touch. The hotel is situated in a quiet area near the Victoria coach and train station. Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. As a bonus, the hotel key card holder included a discount to a breakfast café which was a lovely touch.
