The room itself was small but recently updated, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The rest of the hotel has a more traditional style, which is quite charming. Only thing to note is that there is no lift or air conditioning and the top floor got quite warm in summer weather!

Such a nice welcome and so friendly. The staff were happy to look after our bags when we arrived early and after checkout also. The little garden at the back was perfect to have a drink in from the bar. Having a little stove and toaster was such a great idea. The rooms were very warm although it was the hottest day in May on record. The ceiling fan helped. A lovely view from the window out across the rooftops to the church. The shops nearby were of a great variety and not far to walk. The Would definitely visit again.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Vancouver. Staff were friendly, welcoming and always making sure I felt taken care of. The location is fantastic- few minutes walk to 2 different metro stations and bus stops, but in my garden-facing room it was quiet and had a nice view and fresh air. The room was tidy, as it looked in the photos and was very comfortable. For the price I felt the value of location, stylish room and kitchenette was excellent and felt like home. Shower was cozy, but great hot water was a luxury. I enjoyed the kitchenette and it was stocked with everything I needed.

Great hotel, well located just outside the main hustle and bustle of London but very close to transport links. Have stayed a couple of times now and will be staying again. Staff are always very friendly and rooms are always clean and well stocked.

The hotel was an excellent choice for our short stay in London as we prepared to continue our travels. The staff were consistently friendly and accommodating, which made the experience especially pleasant. The surrounding area was clean, well-kept, and felt very safe. The only minor note was that the lobby appeared to be undergoing some upgrades during our visit. Aside from that, everything was smooth and comfortable. We had a very positive experience overall and would gladly recommend this hotel to others.
