Everything about the property was excellent, except for the difficulty in communicating with the owner. In fact, the management seemed unable to contact them as well. We arrived early on Saturday morning but couldn't enter the building until one of the guests let us in. We called the provided number, but no one answered. After a while, a lady arrived and informed us that we couldn't enter our apartment until 3 o'clock, and that she was unable to reach the owners to request early access. On the other hand, the cleaning crew knocked on the door promptly at 12 for checkout
