This charming three-bedroom family home is located near Tooting Broadway, offering fast access into central London via the Northern Line and easy proximity to the buzzing shops, cafés, and eateries of Tooting - including the much-loved Tooting Market. Perfect for a small family or group of up to six guests, this thoughtfully designed home combines comfort and convenience in a vibrant South London setting.

Step into a welcoming hallway where, to your right, you’ll find a stylish sitting room with a large sofa, TV, bay window, and ornamental fireplace - an inviting spot to unwind after a day in the city. A guest WC is handily located under the stairs. To the rear, a bright and well-equipped kitchen features an electric hob, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine. The laundry is also situated behind sliding cupboards, complete with washer and dryer. The dining area seats up to six guests, and full-width bi-folding doors open out to a patio and private garden with outdoor seating - perfect for summer evenings.

Upstairs on the first floor is a family bathroom with shower over bath, sink, and loo. The room next to the bathroom will be closed off and not available to guests. The spacious master bedroom, facing the front of the house, includes a king-size bed and wardrobe, with pleasant views onto the street.

On the top floor, guests will find a second bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, and loo. A bright double bedroom overlooks the garden and offers plenty of storage. The third bedroom is a compact study tucked under the eaves, furnished with a small double sofa bed - ideal for one adult or two children.
