Very neat hotel in a good area very close to the underground Earl's Court station. Staff were friendly snd professional. Breakfast was sumptuous with awesome staff. Room was adequate sized, with comfortable bed. Window can be opened to let cool air in. Hotel is located to several restaurants, but we particularly enjoyed the short walk to a good Filipino restaurant, Lutong Pinoy several nights for dinner.

Lovely hotel booked last minute since our flight home got cancelled. Were able to check in early- a real bonus! Breakfast is fabulous. Walkable to tube. Easy 1 train to and from Heathrow on the Piccadilly line

Hotel location good for London. About a 6 minute walk to the Earls Court underground station with direct access to/from Heathrow airport. Also close to the 74 bus line which services the Museum district, Harrods, Buckingham Palace. Every hotel worker we met cheerful and helpful. Breakfast exceeded expectations, breads, meats, cheeses, yogurts, boiled eggs, juices, tea and coffee.

Quiet location, excellent air conditioning, old renovated row townhouse typical of the square. Good bathroom , very small rooms, helpful staff, always someone at the desk, 5-10 minute walk to Earls Court Tube station , safe area. Elevator .Would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at 20 Nevern overall. The room was very clean and quiet. The staff were very helpful with every request from lending an adaptor to arranging a cab to the airport for us. The breakfast was fresh, tasty, and healthy. The bed and pillows were a little on the firm side for our liking but that is an opinion. The sheets were soft and comfortable. The only issue that we had was with the wifi going in and out which effected the TV as well.

Just OK - No Bells, No Whistles

I booked this place specifically for stating that there was parking available but was disappointed to find how limited this was. Parking across the area but very hit and miss and had to use the JustPark app to find parking close by. Expensive, but save and a convenient less than 10-minute stroll back to the hotel. Area is good with lots of options for shopping and dining right at the heart of Earls Court. Hotel room was tiny, no bedside table per se but small and slim side shelves. The rooms are a very aged Victorian house conversion. There was no running water in the sink or shower when I arrived but it was promptly resolved - however the water pressure was wanting. It’s OK for short stays and don’t expect much. Will I return? There’s a 4/10 chance when in desperation.

Antique hidden gem

The phasa suit was one of the best rooms we have had the pleasure of staying in Old worldly but we appreciate quality antique furniture. Thought there wasn’t a TV which we wasn’t concerned about but then found it in the antique wardrobe. The balcony was lovely to sit outside with a drink people watching . Will definitely stay again

Would have rated excellent but the room was located on 2nd floor and required a steep climb to our room. Staff were excellent in helping with our luggage coming and going. Included breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. Continental breakfast was more than we usually are offered at other hotels. Breakfast staff went beyond normal service to make your breakfast annd stay very pleasurable. Underground stations were walkable. Overall it was a great stay.

This hotel is a hidden gem Absolutely beautiful. Checking in was an ease. The satff were all very pleasant. The room was very clean and the perfect size. The free breakfast was really good. The hotel os a quick 5 minute walk to the train station, so very convenient! I highly recommend!
