Lovely staff who were very helpful when checking in and recommending locals spots for a drink and a quick bite of food. The pool was nice, opened early (6 am) and closed late (midnight) which meant there was plenty of times to visit and avoid too many other guest. Slightly noisy from the hallway but otherwise no problem with disturbances.

Our third visit, because we love the place. Great location, fab architecture inside and out. Our room (212) had a wonky shower tap (which had come unstuck from the wall), but other than that everything was perfect. We will definitely be returning in the future!

We were there for three nights, stayed in a junior suite on the ground floor. The room was spacious, comfortable and had high ceilings. It was very comfortable. We used the pool and the gym, enjoyed it a lot. The area was really nice!

It was a mixed bag. The rooms are large and comfortable, the air conditioning is very effective and the swimming pool and gym are great. But the ground floor rooms are very noisy, the breakfast was disappointing and my room was not cleaned until late afternoon, which is far from ideal.

Great place to stay for a family with teens. Close to the tube and brick lane, but kind of far out from other tourist attractions. It was so nice to have 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms as well as a living room as we all adjusted to the jet lag differently.

We had a great stay with our 6 year old daughter! The one-bedroom suite was large, comfortable and quiet. The fitness room and pool were excellent. We also loved the food and ambiance at the restaurant Eli’s. We fell in love with the neighborhood. Lovely restaurants, coffee shops and parks. We also enjoyed the proximity to other charming neighborhoods in London. Advice: (1) The hotel is in a fantastic neighborhood but take into consideration where in London you’ll be traveling to during your stay as it’s a little far away from certain neighborhoods and tourist sites. We didn’t mind, given how nearby the bus and tube are, but others may want to consider this carefully. (2) If you have kids, don’t miss out on the Young V & A which is minutes away by foot. Many activities for kids there, and it was engaging for us adults as well. Also: it’s Free!!
