This is a great hotel with a great location! The staff are super friendly and helpful! The attention to detail for guests is impressive. Service was always given with a smile and never did I feel like I was being a burden for the requests that I made. I would definitely stay here again!

This was my first time in London and definitely won’t be my last. The location of this hotel was great, the rooms were spacious and the cleaning staff did an amazing job. The entire staff do their job very well, honestly. We loved everything about this hotel. We will certainly be returning guests.

Every time I come to London, I stay here! This place is always a perfect stay. Right next to the Circle Line subway, walking distance to everything, right across from London Tower and Bridge! Best of all, the staff are all wonderful. And you’re right up the alley from De Vine, the best breakfast spot in Tower Hill. Stay here! 100% recommendation!
