The location is great, across the road from the Tower of London, only a few mins walk from the tube. The apartment was well equipped for a short stay. On arrival, it was stocked with tea, coffee and milk. The location has shops and restaurants/cafes close by. The staff were really helpful, always willing to provide additional items on request.

Postives: A good area right opposite Tower of London. Staff were helpful. Negatives: The major issue for us was that this property does not have built in air conditioning. Our room was on the top floor and was made up of a lounge, kitchen and bedroom. There was a small fan in the lounge and a floor standing air con unit in the bedroom; this was incrediby noisy and you had to open the window to put a hose out (like on a tumble dryer) to use the unit. The window had a restricter on it so tube fell back on to the floor and having the window open in London is far from ideal. We got virtually no sleep. We did get a refund for the subsequent 2 nights that we were supposed to stay with help from expedia. This property advertising air conditiong but we don't believe that what they have meets the regulations for a 4 star property. We would not stay again.

This is our hidden gem - if you're looking for space, grate location and excellency in cleaniness. Value also for money as well as unbeatable access to transit at the Tower of London. The spotless kitchen is fully stcoked with washing machine, dishwasher and all kitchen utentils. Beds are clean and comy and they went the exra mile to make up the sleep sofa bed pre-arrival.The staf really takes pride in making sure your stay is comfortable. We highly recommendm however, the Residences are quirky and vary greatly from roon to room so if you have special requirements do be be specific with yur room selection. The windows a triple-glaze but there is some rumbling from the underground usually until about 11pm. The matress was so comfy this did not disturb our sleep.

We had such a lovely stay at this hotel! The location was great! The service was wonderful! Max (I think the spelling of his name was different) was so helpful and accommodating! We had a beautiful view from our room! We loved having the kitchen with washing machine! Everything was great!
