I enjoyed the fresh breakfast in a lovely dining area, plenty of staff to always get what you need. Loved having a small, private bar area with comfortable seating. Ample sitting room to read, have cookies, enjoy the warm interior decor. Sadly the lift stopped working halfway through my stay.

A great hotel at a favorable price. Love the central location, and it's only an 8-minute walk from Victoria Station—plenty of good coffee shops and restaurants in the immediate area. The staff is outstanding. I had a couple of unique problems after arriving from the States, and the staff went way above and beyond to help me resolve both—a really good place for the price.
