Z hotel victoria

It was very comfortable and pleasant to stay. We stayed for 3 nights and we slept well , barely hear any moise. Staff were accomodating.

Over priced

Extremely small rooms. Friendly staff. Well over £250 per night with no breakfast included, or cleaning of room in between nights - the company was clearly making a profit off the back of the tube strikes. Victoria is not a nice area of London, however it is very central with comfortable beds.

I was in a ground floor room with a window. The blind was broken so I had to fix something up against it for privacy. The shower has obviously leaked and the flooring around it is rotten as it is soft underneath the lino and water seeps up from under the flooring. I couldn't adjust the temperature in the room but I couldn't run the fan because it was so loud. Staff take in laundry deliveries or sort laundry just outside the room, which also isn't ideal. I don't think I'll be staying again.

Challenges with booking system meant checking in was long and problematic. Rooms are small and converted from a building not made for purpose with the bathroom built as a glass add on, built into the room. Air conditioning wasn’t effective. Room was cramped and small. Breakfast was very sub-standard and the dining area is almost nonexistent, and just a table in the front desk check in area. Overall I would say hotel was overpriced and small.
