Hotel entrance/ reception very welcoming and clean. Room as what was expected, bed felt like it dipped in the middle which kept waking us up. For the price though was great. Man on reception was too quiet i had to ask him to speak up, toilet in room could do with some tlc the white silicone around areas was a bit grimey.

Very compact room with no window in the basement, but it was cheap. Slight damp smell, but not too bad. Did lose my glasses down the side of the fixed bed but fished them out with a coat hanger . Decent breakfast for central London.

Small room, small bed and not uniform bumps and indentations- bed accessible from one side of the bed only — had to disturb parter when needing to use the restroom. Excellent location, access to transportation, shopping and dinning.

Excellently appointed room making surprisingly good use of a small space. So well designed that it felt reasonably roomy, not cramped at all. The staff were so kind and either naturally excellent in their crafts or had attended may customer service courses. A wonderful stay.
