This was an excellent hotel near Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens. It’s very convenient to Paddington Station where we had to catch a train for the airport. It was nice to have people behind a desk at all hours to assist you if you need anything. They also have a small bar in their lobby. It was a very welcome experience after we had to leave another hotel that was awful and switch to this one. The rooms were very nice, clean and comfortable. I’d stay here again.

Lovely hotel and room was also nice and clean. Just as expected. Great location. And parking we booked were close by. Tube station is 5-6 min walk. Very convenient. Most of the staff were nice and polite.
