The hotel room was gorgeous, clean and comfortable. Lovely comfy bed. The room was a good size and everything was spotless. Our only issue was that the window barely opened and we stayed in warm weather. The room was boiling and we needed the fan on day and night

My daughter and i enjoyed our1 night stay. Check in was easy, our room had bunk beds - as expected. The room was small, but had everything you needed and more. Staff on check in and out were very nice and helpful. We needed to leave our luggage at the hotel and that was no trouble at all.

The room was clean but very small but was expected, the TV did not work at all which was frustrating with a child who wanted to chill in the evening. One night the bar/terrace was closed which was inconvenient as we had to go back out into Paddington. Overall stay was convenient, nice hotel, staff provided an ice lolly and water on arrival which was fab as it was hot and we’d been travelling for hours.

Small bunk room, beautifully done. Just what we needed. Super close to Paddington station. No noise and blackout blinds. Tea, coffee and water station available and electric fan provided (was essential in very hot weather!). Will definitely be using again.
