Hotel looked good on photos when I booked and was classed as a deluxe room however the room was small and bathroom and shower was tiny and the condition of shower could do with updating

The hotel is an amazing location which was the main reason that we chose it in order to go to the theatre as well as the good reviews. On arrival the desk staff were extremely helpful and positive with the lobby being fully decorated for Halloween which added to the friendly feel. We were personally shown to our room which was a nice touch, the room was clean and kept well. Unfortunately my wife had developed some health and mobility issues before our trip and after staying one night in the room which only had a stand up shower we asked the night staff if it would be possible to move to a room with a bath and they said that they would be happy to accommodate this and would leave a message for the morning team. We all know that sometimes these things don't happen but when we spoke to them in the morning they said it was all sorted and that they would move our cases etc. while we went out for the day. On our return not only had this been done but we were left a card and bottle of wine hoping that my wife was feeling better. The staff at this hotel are amazing, very friendly and so considerate, I have recommended it to all my friends and we will most definitely be returning, we have never felt so looked after by a hotel team.
