Yes the room felt neglected. It was clean but worn. The bath was unusable with a rusty drain and missing paint. Paying for parking was unexpected and definitely made the horel poor value for quality. When leaving three young cleaning staff with bins for laundry entered a down elevator even though they wanted to go up, rathet than let guests with luggage enter the elevator and go to the parking garage the staff entered the lift and road down to the elevator be parking garage rather than wait for an up elevator. It was an inpleasant finish to a dissapointing stay. I question why this is a VIP Hotel. I expect more from Exprdia.
