The staff is excellent! I believe the name is Stephanie, upgraded my room at check in- she saw how exhausted I was from my travels and made things so easy. Room was clean and decent size. My luggage was taken to my room immediately. This hotel has a wonderful charm, close to train station, and restaurants. The only complaint I would have is the shower drainage. I'm sure the staff would have taken care of this but I was so busy, I didn't take the time to let staff know. I would stay here again!

Staff were attentive, breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Only thing a little high is the price, even on weeknights, but we stayed as this was local. Did not try the gym but there was one small gym room available for use. Room was great though, comfy bed and good shower.

This was my second stay at The Lodge Hotel in Putney, and it was every bit as wonderful as my last. This time I stayed in a room with a king-size bed, and it was incredibly comfortable — the bedding is lovely and I really appreciate the different pillow options. The room was spotless, quiet, and very thoughtfully maintained. What truly makes this hotel stand out, though, is the staff. Everyone is so kind, welcoming, and accommodating, and they consistently go above and beyond to make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Very nice welcome, my (heavy!) bag carried up the quite steep stairs for me. Lights on in the room which was very clean and had everything I needed. Advised that I could request help with my luggage when I checked out. Very good choice at breakfast. Nice decor, well maintained and stylish. All staff extremely kind and helpful. I have stayed there before and will definitely do so again.
