Sorry, but this was like staying on a building site. I'm sure the resort will be great to stay in once all the renovations are complete, but at the moment, the place is a mess.

Enjoyed our stay. Used it as our accommodation to visit Wimbledon tennis (as a did a few other guests) as it's under 30 mins away (even with the 20mph zone!). Friendly staff everywhere. Bar currently being renovated/redecorated, so using members bar (for breakfast too). Nice breakfasts (cooked to order). Stayed in Ascot room which is separate from main building but fine. Plenty of parking and easy walk into Teddington if you want: nice, safe, quiet area.
