Wonderful new hotel close to Victoria Station & Buckingham Palace. The gym was large and very well equipped. The front desk and housekeeping staff were so kind and helpful. We started our 3 week road trip in London (up to Edinburgh and back) and stayed at this lovely hotel. Ended up finishing there as well, before flying home. Best place we stayed at in the UK. Lovely atmosphere, staff are super friendly and helpful and the rooms are spacious with loads of amenities. The beds and pillows were the most comfortable of anywhere we stayed. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast and friendly servers. We'd go back again!
