We stayed for 7 nights at the Hayden and had a brilliant time. The service was great from the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a cold beer upon arrival while they got our room ready (needed during a heatwave). The room was great, good size and good ammenities. The location was close to everything and was well connected to a few train/subway options. Highly recommend. We ate a few times at the pub and the food and service was also great.

We had such a great experience at the Hayden Pub and Rooms! The reception was friendly, helpful and wonderful which was really nice after a long day of travel. The room was immaculate and the bed was so comfy. The area around the pub was great for walking around and finding cute shops, restaurants and pubs. We had dinner at the pub too, and it was delicious and the drinks were fantastic. I really can't say enough about how nice this place was.

This is a gem of a place! We had the most wonderful 5 nights at The Hayden. The room was fresh and clean, thick soft towls, slippers, coffee/tea-bar, comfortable beds and AC and fridge that worked! The staff was always welcoming and super frindly. The food in the pub was really good. The Hayden is located in a relatively quiet part of London and we felt safe walking around also at night. There are several subway stations in short walking distans, so easy to get around London. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Hege & Hedda

Super comfortable room above the pub with air conditioning (much needed this summer)!! Very clean and quiet with lots of coffee shops and Turkish eateries nearby. Walking distance to Kensington Gardens, Bayswater & Queensway tube stations and a bus station diagonally across the street. Glad to have a phone in the room as we needed to make some local calls. We were a little early for the check in and got to hang out in the pub while waiting for the room and enjoyed a free welcome pint! It‘s a great start to our London trip!

Despite it being our first time there and only staying for one night, from the moment we walked in we were treated like dear friends. The staff was warm, kind and attentive to our every need, the room was lovely and well appointed, and the food was delicious. It was a wonderful stay, and our only regret was that it wasn't longer.
