Large rooms, pillows were a bit lumpy and towels felt a bit damp, but this was manageable. Breakfast was lovely but would be nice to have more variety but the fact a fry up is included is lovely. Very comfortable room, good options for breakfast, great friendly staff and ideally located for the centre of London as it’s just around the corner from Nine Elms tube station. Only downside is the stairs to the rooms, it’s an old building and the stairs are steep, which if you struggle with mobility could be a problem but for most people it’s fine. Having said that, we would definitely stay here again the next time we are in London
