The gentleman who checked us in and showed us to our rooms, could have been a proprietor, regarding the extreme professionalism, high attention to detail, and overwhelming sense of welcoming that he greeted us with. My wife and I stayed there with two more members of our family in a separate room, and our rooms were top-notch, and also all of the service staff treated us great. Easy walk down the riverfront to all of the main tourist spots, and neighborhood felt safe. The breakfast was great, all of the food we tried was actually. Highly recommend.

We stayed here for one night and found the room tidy and the bed very comfortable. The staff were also very helpful throughout our stay. The room could do with some updating, as the carpet had a few stains and the walls looked like they hadn’t been painted in a while. However, the location was great for the embassy and the underground station was only a short walk away. Overall, we would stay here again if needed. Breakfast had a small selection on offer,

We arrived in the first heat wave of May. They had new AC units but unfortunately they blew a fuse so our room was a hot box. The staff were excellent though, very understanding and helpful. Since our AC and Window did not open, they had 1 room left they could switch us to where the window did open. That was appreciated! The restaurant below has great deals and we took advantage of BOGO 50% burgers and 50% a bottle of prosecco on Friday. They also offer to hold onto your luggage incase you need that service. It’s a very cool hotel!
