It was an amazing stay at the Franklin. The staff were professional, helpful and pleasant to deal with. The location of the hotel is convenient, 5 minutes walk away Knightsbridge and maybe 10 from the museum. I had a great time here with my family.

The Franklin was such a comfortable and convenient hotel. Perfectly located and very quiet. Staff was terrific. The breakfast room was lovely and the hotel restaurant does a terrific dinner. A real gem.

The Franklin is a small luxury boutique hotel set on a charming street steps away from shopping, museums and great restaurants. We were pleasantly surprised and would absolutely return. The check in was the most pleasant and personal check in I have experienced at a any hotel. The staff were beyond helpful and friendly. Such a gem!!! Thank you The Franklin Hotel London ❤️

The hotel is well located and quiet. Walking distance to the V&A Museum and Natural History Museum. The welcome note and treats were a nice touch. The bedside lighting controls were great and loved that it included a digital « do not disturb » light for housekeeping. All in all, a really wonderful stay. I look forward to staying at the hotel again soon.

I love this hotel, I’ve stayed a few times and the proximity to Sloan St is perfection. The staff is very attentive and make you feel genuinely looked after and appreciates my only issue, and it’s a design one is how dark the rooms are. The walls and furnishings are in black and dark gray hues and some rooms have small windows.

Wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Kensington. So convenient to many of the top major London amenities, such as Harrods, Harvey Nicks, the Royal Albert Hall and Hyde Park. We enjoyed this small hotel and the location was amazing. If you are up for walking it’s a great location (less than 1.5 miles) to most of London’s big attractions including the Chelsea Flower Show. I would have given this a hotel a 5-star, but we found the restaurant staff to be unfriendly and very stressed. We ate 1 dinner and breakfast there and headed out to other restaurants for the following 4 days of our stay. With that said, the food we had was very good. Thank you for a great stay.
