We had the family room myself and my 2 daughters large spacious room although the deco is lovely not great lighting at all defo needs a full length mirror , and carpets in desperate needs of cleaning , bathroom clean, awful sewage smell though, staff fantastic really welcoming and nothing was to much food great, I think with few tweaks could be an amazing family room overall really pleased with our stay and would stay again

Only stayed for one night and didn’t spend much time here but from the time we did spend I would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Was gutted we didn’t have time to go into the actual pub for food and drinks as the menu looked amazing, the only thing I’d say after looking at the menu is that I don’t think it’s fair to charge extra for gluten free (I’m coeliac) but I can’t moan about anything at all The pub seemed to have a nice atmosphere and the girl that took us to our room was incredibly friendly If you’re going to a concert or event at the o2 this is such an ideal place!

Great location, very clean and comfortable.

Great room, really strong shower. Loads of plug and USB sockets. Really clean. The bed and pillows were fantastic. Tiny niggles were that the extraction fan in the bathroom didn't seem to work and the portable fan in the room could do with a clean. We'd definitely stay here again. Great location. 10% off in the pub, what's not to like.

Ideally positioned for an event at the Cutty Sark. Bus stop close, with buses running after midnight. Room was compact but had everything we needed. Only thing missing would be a mirror in the bedroom as hairdryer lead doesn’t teach from bedroom socket to bathroom. Room 5 was on the top floor so fairly quiet from road noise and no-one could look in.

As thexweather was hot, our room was unbearably hot, even with a fan! The stairs to the upper floor were very steep too. The bed was comfy and the bathroom spacy. The member of staff who greeted us was very friendly! So, if you book in cooler weather, and you can cope with two flights of stairs, the room should be okay!

Great Value Room in SE London

Check in was quick and convenient. The pair that checked me in were friendly. Possibly the Molly mentioned on the contact details and another. Room was nice and bed was comfortable. The shower was a little temperamental but not really an issue for me. Plenty of toiletries and nice towels. Full sized kettle in the room and chilled water in a fridge available. Plenty of tea and coffee, not just the couple of bags or sachets you get at some places and there was also a pot of sweets that was a nice touch. You get 10% off in the pub too, which was nice.

As a first time visitor to London, I found this to be a great start to my trip. It’s very simple and user friendly experience. I enjoyed being able to pop down into the pub for a bev or even a pizza. Quite walkable as well, I took a lovely morning stroll with a chai and croissant from down the way! Definitely check this place out!
