Great staff- super friendly, was nice to store my luggage and had a lift. Rooms were cleaned everyday; not the comfiest beds but it's a comfy space in a quiet neighborhood

The staff at the property were welcoming and helpful, there was always someone at the desk - they were happy to refill teas and coffees or toilet paper, unfortunately the hair dryer wasn’t working but this is minor, the room whilst small was plenty big enough to move around and get ready, bigger than most London hotel rooms, the place was clean and maintained daily

Nice little hotel for an overnight stop. Friendly staff. Room 102 ( twin beds) was clean although a little cramped. The bathroom door handle/lock was loose so was wary of locking it. The sink and shower water took ages to drain away. Fan located on wall was a god send in this hot weather. Local shops were a 5 minute walk away.

We had the 3 bed room and it was very nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the location was great and they have an elevator which was a bonus after carrying our luggage up and down flights of stairs at previous accommodations. The only thing I would say is the room is very small so there is not a lot of room to navigate around the beds and the beds were really comfortable, but not very wide so anytime you went to turn over you had to be really careful so you didn't fall out of the bed.

Good budget option. The room and bed were clean but small, not super comfortable mattress or bedding. The walls and woodwork had marks and dents that if fixed would really upgrade the facilities. Nice to have a kettle in the room.

Stay was good. Staff were helpful. We booked a room for 3 people but one of us couldn't go (never told the hotel) we were just going to use the extra space but we were given a room for 2 when we showed up. No idea why. Didn't complain at the time because we were exhausted from traveling all day but now. Wondering if a ro for 2 should have been cheaper that the 3 we booked. It was clean enough and a good location.

Stayed 3 nights. Shower wasn't working well on arrival so given another room easily. Great location, 16 mins walk to Paddington Station. Beds comfy. Shower great. Lift on-site. No fridge available in rooms. Carpet in stairwell need repairs in parts. Overall a good stay. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

The room was so hot, no AC and one of 3 fans was broken. The most terrible part, though, was getting eaten by bed bugs each night there. I was able to catch several of them during sleepless nights. Im extremely allergic yo their bites, counted 34 bites total...terrible

The hotel room was spotless lovely and clean. Was disappointed at the size considering it was an executive double as barely any room to move. The staff were lovely and hospitable and the area wss lovely close enough to transport links and easy walking distances to a lot of places.
