The room had a strong sewage smell, it was very off putting and I’d definitely not want to stay there again because of that. The first night of my stay, the heating wasn’t working and it was a cold night. I also think it’s more of an Airbnb than a hotel, didn’t get the reception and hotel vibes that I would have liked, so it’s something to keep in mind before booking. The bed was comfy but that sewage smell in the room was so disgusting!

Excellent hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were large and comfortable. The location was very close to the tube and buses. I would highly recommend.
Finsbury Park is very local place, which is nice to be in. However the area Chapter Hotels is in was quite loud and dirty on the weekend, so just a heads up. The service was so nice as the hotel concierge and cleaners were so friendly. I'd say the condition of the place wasn't very good, with some batting coming off of the bathroom vanity and . Overall it does well at giving a place to stay, but I wouldn't say it added to the experience.
Visited as attending a concert in Spurs stadium. Busy main road but this was in a quiet side road that felt safe enough. I liked that there was a manned 24/7 reception. The room was great and clean. Good blackout blinds so slept well
We were told we could check in at 3pm. There was no one in receptionist until 4.30! Iwe are a family of 6 with dmsll children left to waitbin the sweltering heat. On the first night I got a knock on the door asking me to be quieter! Firstly the tone was very rude and secondly we were not even loud! When i asked for the room to be cleaned in the morning, the reception said they dont clean it eveyday. Overall, the service was horrendous!
Excellent! The property is very clean, well maintained, and very conveniently located to travel around in London. The road is very safe, though the surrounding area (near the station) is not the best in London. However, that is still very safe and I would highly recommend this property.
Our stay was great, beds were comfy, rooms were designed beautifully. My only complaint was we had assembly bathroom but the shower seat was broken other than that it was geart. The hotel was in a great location with lots of access to local shops and transportation.
Great room at a good price we were attending an event at Tottenham Stadium and it was ideal and not too pricey - great value for money we would stay again for sure!
Concert at Tottenham Hotspur stadium which was easily accessible via the underground. The property was a 10min walk to the underground. Great location for attractions in london we enjoyed Camden market and the sky garden during our stay. The room was clean and tidy and the air conditioning was great as it was such hot weather. Would recommend
stayed for 2 night and we have a lovely time. easy to commute around as the station is 6 mins away, loads of takeaways and shops near as well.
rooms were perfect and there was always staff around if u needed something
1 thing i would say is there is no sign postage anywhere to say it’s the hotel, it’s just a white building, so we were stood around for a while confused until a staff member came to the door.
wall are very thin so u can her ur neighbours conversation ( staff were quick to tell them to be quiet tho) and people walking up and down the stairs and doors shutting, however this would stop by 11pm but would start again around 7am
overall nice stay, perfect for what we needed and we would stay again

Perfectly serviceable for 1 night.
It's perfectly serviceable but our room didn't have a window, the bathroom had a window out onto the car park but it did make everything feel quite claustrophobic. I asked for extra pillows and this wasn't possible. Everything felt clean enough and if you're only staying 1 night it's perfectly fine, any longer though and I think it would become quite depressing quite quickly.
The check in wasn't good, I arrived at 3PM for check in but the room wasn't ready for some reason, I had to wait for another 1.5 hour - I was tired from my day and just needed a bed that I paid for. Girl at the reception apologised and explained the situation, however, that affected my day and experience. Other than that, the room was lovely and comfortable for a short stay.
