Room was a revelation - a huge upgrade on a travelodge/Premier Inn room and 25% cheaper. Staff were great, room modern and clean and the bed very comfortable. TV was a decent size too. Overall tip-top!

Perfect for a weekend city break

We had a wonderful stay at the bull and the hide. It was nice and central for all of our activities, the bed was incredibly comfy, the room was clean and the bathrooms were lovely! We would definitely stay again.

Lovely helpful reception team. I didn’t get to the Bull and the Hide til almost 1am but the team had sent me a code for the door and given clear directions as to where my room was. After a nightmare journey I came into a lovely warm room, spacious bathroom, a good selection of hot drinks, water coke, biscuits and crisps. Lovely fluffy towels. Bed was super comfy as were the pilllows, I’d definitely stay here again

We chose this property because it was convenient to Liverpool St., Station. It’s a straight shot from Heathrow on the Elizabeth line and we had to get to Stansted two days later, so this spot was perfect. For that convenience and for the price, I really cannot complain. We had the Devonshire suite which was spacious with a nice big bathroom and a lovely tub. The bed was comfortable and the bedding, clean and stylish there were a few scuffs on the walls and marks on the carpet from people‘s luggage, but overall the place was clean. The bigger problem was the lack of service the pub/reception desk saw us checked in by a young woman who really didn’t have much to say and when we asked her about why the TV and Wi-Fi didn’t work the answer was pretty much too bad. It didn’t sound like there. Was anyone on hand to come and fix the problems. But for a short stay, it wasn’t a dealbreaker. There’s a fair bit of noise that filters up from the alley below so earplugs are a good idea, but the blackout curtains in the room work well you get what you pay for and for what we paid this was a good deal for us.

We arrived quite late, but Anisoara had everything organised — the keys, the access code, and clear directions. The room itself was very comfortable, with a large bed, good-quality bedding, and a proper full-size bath. Because the hotel sits on a pedestrian street, it was peaceful throughout the night and we slept really well.
