Everything was lovely. I was a solo traveller and arrived very early in the morning. A little light was on in the room so it was welcoming after a long night. The evening staff were so kind. The reception staff in the morning lovely and then the breakfast man was so nice. Very clean very welcoming and would highly recommend

Check in was great, very quick. Had a lovely room, 1st floor with terrace. Nice size and very clean. We had to turn heating off as was very hot in the room. Bed comfy. Location was good, lots of places for food nearby. Great place to stay.

Excellent hotel and great value for money. Check in experience was really good and staff so helpful when we couldnt get aircon to work (user error, lol). Room was big by london standards, very clean, has a fridge with complimentary water and a brilliant bathroom. Very close to bus routes but 10 or 15 mins to underground. 20 mins walk to Tower of London. Small Sainsbury's next door. Would definitely recommend.

Appearances very deceptive from outside. Lovely little place, staff very helpful and polite. Room 609 lovely the sights outside our bedroom especially at night were wonderful. Comfy beds and room really nice and spacious. Only thing that lets it down is not having a bar especially for guests to have a wee tipple or a night cap. I booked our room for slightly central and the price. It was alright but next time might take taxi fares into consideration and upgrade nearer. Overall it was a great experience.
