This was our first international trip. We chose Teddington Lodge as it was within walking distance to our son and daughter-in-law who we were visiting. I was apprehensive at first as we do not travel often and this was the first time staying at a property without a front desk. My concerns were short lived as the management couldn't have been more helpful. Every message to them was answered promptly (and kindly!) They checked in on us via messaging during our stay to be sure all was well. I definitely recommend this property. The room was just the right size and had everything needed in the kitchen/bath/living areas plus it was close to the shops and restaurants in Teddington.
