I had such a great stay at The Hoxton in Shepherds Bush. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautiful, and the entire staff was amazing. This was my first solo trip, and I was pretty nervous when I arrived, but one staff member, Leo, greeted me with the warmest smile and instantly made me feel comfortable and at home. His sweet demeanor and attentiveness continued to make me feel welcomed throughout my stay. This is truly great hotel for solo female travellers — I would absolutely stay here again. Also, the Wagyu Fried Rice at Chet’s was absolutely incredible!

It was clean and spacious. Not the greatest location but I chose it to be near my daughter’s dwelling. Transportation is good but relatively far from center. What was surprising is lack of body moisturizer, q-tips etc in the bathroom. And I would recommend to order room survive daily.

Small room but spotless. Super-Comfortable bed. Good shower. Helpful check-in staff. Room lacked a little in clothes hanging space, which was positioned above coffee-making facility area/kettle. I had a long party dress and there was nowhere to hang it. A couple of hooks for coats/dresses would be an improvement. Ok for one person/one night, but would have been tricky for two. Food was good but menu lacked choice for healthy options. Very salty.
