Thé apartment was very good, but for people of 78-81 years of age, hauling luggage up to the 3rd floor was very hard. We were unaware of the fact there was no elevator. We had booked a very nice VRBO with an elevator and outdoor terrace. We were moved to this apartment which was not comparable. The heat spell made the apartment uncomfortably hot, which we understand cannot be helped, but we were pining for the terrace that we had paid for that the the first apartment had.

LUXURY PRISON CONSTANTLY UNDER SURVEILLANCE

Lovely 3 bedroom apartment in great location! But that where it ends! It was like staying in a LUXURY PRISON! Me and my friend Who stayed at the apartment. We’re meeting some other friends who were also staying in London. We would’ve liked to meet at our apartment as it was more centrally located before we went onto the event we were going to! But the apartment has the most crazy policy you are not allowed any guests of any sort while you are visiting! Would have been nice if our two friends could’ve just come in for a glass of wine before we went onto the event! Pretty normal thing to wanna do! “Visitors, gatherings and parties are strictly not permitted. In case of non-compliance with our policies and procedures, the entire Security deposit will be retained with no refund. Also guests will be asked to leave the premises immediately.” Security deposit is five hundred! Absolutely crazy policy never experienced this any place I’ve ever stayed! Felt like we were under constant surveillance! Would never stay here again purely for this crazy policy!

Nice room, shame about the neighbours!

Great room. Lots of space and nice and clean. Right next door to a brothel though, so not one to take your family to!

I booked this flat to be able to cook. No instructions was given to plug the oven. I asked the office to replace the pans which was out of order and they never replaced them. I never cooked. The tap in the bathroom wasn't fixed. The carpet is durty and so on. We don't have the same definition of a penthouse. I asked for a refund because of all these troubles and never got it. The check-in process is a nightmare. Bref, never ever

We came to the place and there was a pot on the floor to pick up water in the living room - carpet was totally wet and there was a bad smell in the apartment - we contacted the agent and there was no action only question and request for us to explain was we saw - somebody has put the pot on the carpet so they knew about this without informing us in for hand - unacceptable
