Reception was open 24 hours which was great when coming back late after having been at a concert. The bed was comfortable, had an en-suite with breakfast in the morning. Would use again when requiring a bed for the night in central London.

The hotel its self was a little tired and worn in places but this is obviously reflected in the price. They staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. Excellent location for exploring Westminster, Battersea and The South Bank, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Very handy location. Bedding was clean and there was a fan in the room. Breakfast was nice, cereal, cooked breakfast (fried or boiled eggs, baked beans and chicken sausage), toast with selection of jams/marmalade. Only thing that knocked off a star was that the shower cubicle leaked and looked quite shabby but for the price overall was really good.

Stayed here with 2 friends, we had a triple room, it was clean, but dated, tv didn't work, the bed was a bit lumpy, the shower head didn't fit in the holder and the food was meh. However the location was fabulous, the staff were lovely and we didn't go to London to hang around in the hotel. For the price will definitely stay again.

I stayed in a refurbished room on an upper floor. The view was truly beautiful. I could see the London eye. The room was clean and new, and it was cleaned every day. The breakfast was a simple, classic affair, but for a central location at this price point, you could say it was better than nothing. I would definitely recommend it. Just make sure to choose a room on an upper floor! 😄

We thought that, for Central London, the price was very reasonable, especially with breakfast included. The building is dated and tired, but the bedroom was clean and tidy. No Aircon, but a fan was provided on a very hot night. Staff very friendly and helpful. No dinner but a Nicholson pub and Victoria station just metres up the road. Very handily placed for London's attractions.

We booked here for its convenient location, and had expected (based on numerous reviews) a place in poor condition. But that wasn't our experience at all - instead our room was clean, bright and in good shape. Obviously the hotel has recently undergone refurbishment, which is a relief because the reviews were dire! We needed to check out at 6:30am to catch our train so can't comment on bteakfast, but certainly the hotel was better than we expected. The room had a fan too, which we were grateful for (we were in mid heatwave).
