Convenient location. The room & shower need updating. Mattress needs replacing. Very clean but extremely basic, and good communication from desk staff.

Avoid at all costs! The room was dirty, had no working lifts and so so basic. The tea and coffee facilities are in another building and the breakfast in yet another place. Also on site building works started really early and were so disruptive I couldn't even finish a call I was on. The response from the management to my feedback was also rubbish.

Reception staff were very friendly and most helpful. Aware that the apartment was normally student halls in term time, I did not anticipate much living space. However, as advertised as a double room I expected it to accommodate two people and have at least a double bed. The room had neither, although larger than a single bed it was not a full size double. The living space and bathroom were extremely small and reminded me of my last visit to a submarine. There were clearly students still living in the halls, which was not an issue at all. However, consecutive late night noise disturbed an already difficult sleep, as per bedsize mentioned earlier. I place this level of accommodation at that of a hostel, which in my opinion should be appropriately priced as such. Therefore, this was not good value for money either. The final point and the reason for booking was it's location. Very handy for Waterloo station and the South Bank. Overall, the reception staff were great but I shall not be returning as a couple despite it's good location.
