Smooth check-in (upgraded room to Jnr Suite). Room freak but not perfect. The main issues being the bathroom which had flickering LED light, scruffy water damaged bath panel, poor shower water pressure and difficult to use bath/shower controls (Had to leave bathtub half full as couldn’t fathom how to operate bath plug)

Beautiful hotel rooms are so nice and luxurious. The breakfast had a really good variety but it was extremely busy and uncomfortable when there was rude people who had no sense of spatial awareness I found it uncomfortable and had breakfast in my room. Also be aware that the bar area is closed Staff were really good and helpful in every area.
