Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The bed was uncomfortable. Carpet is disfusting and needs replacing. Bathroom needs updating. Light bulbs burnt out, some light fixtures not working
Rooms were not at all like photos online. Very run down and dingy. Paint peeling, mildew growing in shower, carpet was dirty and stained as well as in hall. Would not recommend anyone stay there. Vent in bathroom covered in dust and light above sink the same. Light above sink did not work either.
Central location but the room I stayed in was in a very poor state: dirty carpet, most lights broken, no lock on the toilet door, mattresses well past their best. In desperate need of some maintenance and updating.
Terrible, disgusting only word for it, couldn’t stay there moot even just for one night, bed stunk,a good clean isn’t good enough needs a full refurb, nobody at reception to complain to, asked for a refund to no response and hotels.com absolute no help
For any solo, youth traveler looking for a budget hotel, this hotel may work for you. For seasoned travellers such as myself, this hotel won't work for you. Unfortunately, the photos used by the hotel are misleading. The overall bedset was barely habitable for use. There is daily cleaning service accept on Sundays. Ovverall, the room was way to small and the overall facility not to my liking. I will admit the reception/staff was extremely nice.
Property description on Expedia and OYO corporate site vastly different. On-duty Manager as helpful as she could be to resolve issues. Property has been neglected although in nice, convenient area.
The room was small but efficient. The bed was excellent. The shower was good, except there were no shelves to put soap down in the stall. There were no rungs to hang towels. Service addressed concerns.

Nice basic hotel in heart of London
Quite difficult to find as it wasn't in an obvious place and I wasn't familiar with the area.
I was however pleasantly surprised with the size of the room and facilities within it. It was lacking a bit decor wise, needed updating ( I particularly disliked the chandelier) . Nevertheless it had most things you could want and additional items such as an iron were on offer.
It wasn't completely accessible up a number of flights of stairs so some may struggle.
It was near shops and transport so easy to get to and from a number of areas.
Our room was really bad. It looks like the people who runs the hotel don’t want their customer to come back! The outside looks good but as we walk inside our room, it looks like the room was used in horror movies. Leaks on the ceiling, mold all over the bathroom, window has no screen. We tried to open it but could not close it back. We slept with our windows open the whole time we are there. Complained but they don’t care, you lose your money if you leave. I should’ve listened to the bad reviews. The reviews were very accurate! If you are a family of four, please stay away. We barely have room for our luggage. The family room is like the size of a single college dorm room. We barely have room to move. Other than it is in a good location, this hotel should not be allowed to operate. We guessed they don’t regulate their hotels here.
Thank you, my stay was ok, however the bathroom had an old soap bar on top of the shower, the hairdryer did not work and staff were limited and not super helpful.
The room itself had buds of cigarette when I opened the window for some air and it was very dirty and as a non smoker this did not leave me feeling great. Communication was lacking- I had sent several emails and no communication was returned before arriving at the place.
Thank you, I don’t think I can recommend this to anyone and I thank you for taking the time to carefully consider my feedback.
There’s no secure storage of luggage, it just has to sit in the frequently unattended lobby. There’s no air conditioning so it’s necessary to have the window open at night but being on a busy road it’s noisy until about 0200. Bathroom has black mould on the cornices, shower leaked and only one out of the three light bulbs in the bedroom chandelier worked. It was cheap and it’s fairly nice area but the the overall impression from staff was that customers could take it or leave it- benign indifference.
Super cute area, very accessibly from train station (which we took directly from the airport, couldn’t be easier) and lots of food options near by. Also close enough to busy tourist spots without being in the head of it. We checked in really early (8am) for an extra 30 pounds—totally worth it to shower, change and get on with the day. We didnt return until late night and realized we forgot to bring the door code with us. The staff were very helpful, even after hours, and helped us out when we called. Small little room but enough for what we needed! Easy key drop off to checkout the next morning. Overall it was exactly what we needed and the price point was excellent!

Disliked: Amenities
The location is very convenient. We enjoyed walking over to the Battersea Power Station area to take the Uber Boat and enjoyed the restaurants over there. Convenient coffee shops for a quick morning breakfast. Close to the Underground.
This hotel is very basic, if you know that going in you won't be surprised. There are beds and a bathroom, that's about it. Don't expect more. I would not recommend this hotel if you are staying in the heat of the summer, there is no a/c and there was no way to prop our extremely heavy window open to get a breeze (believe me we tried, and could only wedge some towels in to get a few inches of air), luckily there was a desktop fan in the closet.
It was fine for a few days especially because we were very on the go and just came back to the room to shower and sleep. The neighborhood is charming.

Had a good stay, and the location was good, but felt the pictures were nicer than the actual room. Also there was no elevator or air conditioning. They did provide a fan that was really helpful during the summer heat. Other than that the staff was helpful and the stay was good.
