I did not check in at all due to the fact that I did notcome with my original passport despite doing the pre checks and showing my documentson my phone. I was stranded and no empathy at all. The manager promised me a refund which I am yet to get it as at now.

Super Hostel for the price!

It is a very low cost accommodation, so you need to be realsitic. It's very basic. The bed was clean and comfortable, the room was quiet, other residents were extremely respectful and the staff were helpful and friendly. The showers worked well, the loos were clean and it was so handy for Greenwich. The breakfast was good - for £5 it was absolutely fine. The pub attached was good and always busy. However, it was unbelievably hot in the bedrooms and the wall-mounted fan did not rotate. You obviously have no privacy, so you need to be ok with that. The chill out room was in the basement and had no windows. The whole place is a bit run down. I was literally only there to sleep. The DLR gets you to central London within about 20 minutes and the Uber boats are great too. For the price, it was absolutely perfect and I would definitely stay again.

The building is falling apart, locks on bathrooms are missing, place REEKS of mold and dont get my started on the cleanliness of the common room, the sponge was IN PIECES and disgusting. The grounds were dusty and paint chipping everywhere and overall just a nasty place to stay. Beds were clean but uncomfy as hell!
