Upon arrival, staff was friendly and prepared to reply to us in different languages. They showed us around and ensure we knew how to access to bathrooms and kitchen. They offer support with accessing too. The room was clean, very basic and simple. We were unlucky to come on the one and only UKs summer heatwave and it was way too hot, despite the staff efforts to cool it down. Location was just perfect: near Hyde park and just opposite the underground to be able to access everywhere else!

Very close to the underground. A hostel, but we had a ensuite. The room was in the 4th floor, so 79.5 steps to walk, and no elevator. There was aircon in the room, but unluckily it made so much noise it was impossible to have it on during night, so it became extremely hot in the night. But if you are in good shape to climb steps and are travelling during colder periods the rooms will be fine. But in mid summer, it might get to hot

The mixed form was really smelly, someone in their had poor hygiene which may not be down to the hostel but the cleaner came in and did nothing about the smell. The smell was so bad i struggled to sleep. Also, my bed sounded like a harmonica every time I moved.

It was great. The only downside is the combination of the toilet and shower. They're so close to each other that there's bound to be urine crossing from the toilet floor into the shower.
