Stayed here for a tradeshow at Olympia for 3 days and its great, I will use it again next year for sure. Great location, well organised, clean and well thought out rooms with tiny kitchen area as a bonus. Loads of good pubs nearby, good places for breakfast too. Highly recommended.

I booked this room for my daughter and according to her the room was cozy but warn and needed some care. Unfortunately, the fridge had problems and froze food, but the hotel fixed it. The location is nice and the room was clean with good air conditioning and she’d stay again. Nice and helpful staff.

This hotel was quite when I stayed, I booked a room with a double bed but got a room with two single beds next to each other so a small point & you could say I'm splitting hairs but I would always prefer an actual double bed when it's listed as a double

super friendly and helpful staff. equipment could do with some upgrades. on-switch in the kettle in my room was partly broken. kitchenette in my daugther's room couldn't turn - which meant the cabinet door was in the way of the microwave oven which therefore can't be open.

The room is ok, the bed is clean, but everything else is a bit dirty. And the walls are quite thin, so you hear everything. The staff is nice and check in is easy. If you just need a place to sleep, this is a good place.

We were pleasantly surprised by the property. It was basic, but clean and in a brilliant location. The check in was smooth and the room had all the amenities we needed for the night. The only negative was the extremely high damage deposit of £100 that we did not know of when we made the initial booking, we only noticed when we received the Expedia confirmation. They took £100 from my credit card and it took quite a few days to get this money back. I thought this amount was far to high taking in account that the room was only around £35 per night.
