Hotel was nice, shower was great, beds were comfortable. We didn't have the breakfast only because we wanted to eat in the city. Close walk to Hyde Park and the Paddington station. Overall, very good for our two nights there.

Mattresses were both completely done for, sunk into it like a water bed and back aches today. Sheets so thin that you could see past blood stains in the duvet thru the cover. Pillows felt like from ikea on the discount rack My entire purpose here was to get some sleep and i was up all night. I guess this is the price i pay for being cheap on a hotel but same time how difficult is it to have proper mattress and linens?

Anyone with a back problem, the mattress will get to you. Sinks in. Esp if you sleep on it over a couple of days. Staff very friendly and helpful. Found it clean for the price.

Apart from the delay in getting in my room due to air conditioning faults it was an ok stay very close to where I was visiting a few minor problems but nothing major to be fair was expecting a bit more because of its location and price but overall not to bad

Whilst the staff attempted to help me, my complaints were not resolved- a 10% discount given as consolation. Taps rusted, no functioning bath plug, soap holder hanging off wall( this was fixed), shower screen swung off and fell into my hands- solution was to remove it- this just meant water everywhere in bathroom. Bath also scratched and chipped. Bedside tables very worn and scratched. All in all- not worth the money
