We absolutely loved our stay here . The Staff were so friendly and helpful . The hotel was very clean and the air con was a saviour . A lovely basic breakfast was an added bonus . We found the location to be so central for getting round

This was a very convenient location to Victoria Station. Accommodations were great. The man who works at the desk during the day, was extremely helpful and friendly! He gave us a warm welcome each day and went out of his way to assist us. Our family would definitely stay here again!

Great place and location! Clean, had great air conditioning and the shower was smaller but amazing! Breakfast was an added bonus. Staff was great to us! The only issues we had was we could hear everything that was being rolled across the floors and door slammed upstairs from our room for most of the night. We will be staying here again next year for sure!

It is a great area. In walking distance to the foodstore, restaurants, pubs and the main London attractions and stations. If you are not familiar with the city transportation system, it would be good to ask how to return once you get to your destination as the bus stops at different drop points. The hotel is classic English style and feel. The staff were helpful and kind. It was a good stay.

The room was very clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I do think the hotel is family friendly, with no loud music late at night, and the street on which the hotel is situated is generally very quite. There are plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Pimlico tube station very close by. Victoria Station is a short bus ride or walk away. Another great asset is that the bus stop is right outside that takes you directly to Leicester Square, passing many tourist attractions on the way.
