So much to say ! The staff was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean. It was close to the the London Victoria Coach station ( 12 minute walk), there’s Preto Brazilian Steakhouse (7 minute walk ), the hotel had a great bar.

Property is very well located and they offered a complimentary continental breakfast which was a nice touch. We were located in a family room on the lower ground which was upgrade from the triple room we had booked. Room was nice but the noise from the hotel guests in rooms above was meant we hardly slept. Other than that couldn’t fault it.

Beautifully decorated room. Looks like it has just been renovated. Could do with a new shower head. It is too high, doesn’t move and many of the holes are plugged. Quiet. Comfortable beds, lovely linen. Staff are very helpful.

Clean and pleasant hotel with lovely, helpful staff. We arrived well before check-in time and the gentleman at the desk was kind enough to swap our booking to an available room which we really appreciated! Complimentary breakfast was simple but a nice option to get a coffee and light bite before heading out into the city, there are lots of lovely cafes and bakeries within a 5 minute walk of the hotel too. The area was quiet and we weren't bothered by any outside noise. The only issue with the room was a slight smell from the bathroom drains if the water hadn't been run for a while but this didn't impact the room if we kept the door closed overnight and when we were out.

We booked on the day and stayed in a family room on lower basement floor. It was basic but shower was great. Good space but felt a bit dated. Some great local pubs and food/coffee places and an easy walk to Victoria. Good base if you need to travel from the station. Staff were great, and they kept our luggage safe for our final day. Only downside to lower basement floor is the footfall noise from the bar and reception area goes on quite late... Our room was below so quite noisy.

Staff were friendly and helpful but the hotel itself is not in great shape. It is clearly an older building and hotel. Bed was not comfy, room did not feel clean, noise insulation was terrible. Would not recommend! Not worth it.

A convenient location and run by a helpful team although the accommodation is not sound proof.
 I was given my single room and quickly found the partition wall was incredibly thin. From the TV and music to casual conversations I could hear everything happening next door and it was dreadful. The window isn’t sealed properly meaning street noise is also a nuisance. Whilst I’m grateful for the front desk team putting me in another room in the middle of the night I wouldn’t stay here again.
