Excellent location and everyone was pleasant and helpful. We will definitely stay again. The only suggestion I would have is to have better instructions for the laundry, kitchen and heating/air conditioning.

The room was well equipped and would make a long stay comfortable (fridge, laundry, dishwasher, full kitchen), and the location was great to get anywhere in London. We wanted to give 5 stars, but the bed was extraordinarily uncomfortable, and my partner thought the pillows were subpar. Staff were friendly and helpful when we wanted to drop our luggage pre-check in time.

Very Nice place to stay!

There are stairs that you have to navigate, however, there is a lift (elevator) for luggage and going up n down if you are slightly limited. Overall, the staff was WONDERFUL, ACCOMMODATING AND FRIENDLY. Senket was so helpful, my mom and i truly appreciated his help!

Very much enjoyed our stay at Crane Court. The lower studio apartment was perfect for our needs, a big plus having the washer/dryer and kitchen. Very clean throughout, and any questions were answered swiftly by the wonderful Andra. Location excellent, within walking distance of Covent Garden and St Paul's, with a local Tesco about five minutes away and transport aplenty. Would definitely recommend.

The studio was decent but located on the ground floor with single glazing (so it was a bit noisy) and the shades were not obstructing all the light. Good communication and clear instructions from the team though.
