広さと清潔さは満足いくものでしたが、エレベーターがなく、大きな荷物の上げ下ろしがとても大変でした。また、扇風機が壊れていたり、冷蔵庫が途中から冷却せずに中のものがダメになったり、ゴミの捨て方を聞いてるのに返信遅かったりとトラブルが多かったです。バスタブの底が平じゃないので滑って転ぶと危ないと感じたのと排水が悪かったです。ゲストサービスは基本きちんと対応してくれましたが、迅速とは言い難かったことは残念です。

Change of apartment

I can’t really comment on this apartment as on the morning I was due to arrive I received an email to say that unfortunately, it was no longer available due to repairs required, however they did offer me 2 alternative apartments further away from my desired location. Due to the lack of time to search for another apartment I chose one on offer and did receive discount as I requested. If Nouvelle House was as nice as the apartment I ended up staying in then I’m sure it would be nice .
