Everything was great, check in was in different place, but just 2 min away, and well explained where we needed to go. Room is very comfortable, I was staying with my daughter, perfect size for two of us. Kitchennete has everything you need for short a short stay. Room and toilet are very clean. Very good value. Convenient location close to tube stations. Comfortable and well equipped. Staff friendly. It was surprisingly quiet for London and the tubes didn't have any noise impact. However the fridge was excessively noisy and caused some sleep disturbances.
