Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Excellent location near St Pancras and Euston stations. Nice spacious room and lovely ensuite. Great to have kettle, microwave and hairdryer. My room was in the basement which was fine as I only had a rucksack, but stairs could be tricky with heavy luggage. Communication with Sarah was excellent, she's so helpful! Would definitely book here again.
